Bonfire Apples recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large square foil
Method of Preparation:
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and put it into the cored apple.
Place the apple on the foil and wrap it well. Twist the ends of the foil to form a handle for moving the apple.
Put the covered apple onto the coals of a bonfire or BBQ for 5-10 minutes, until the apple is soft.
